#59 WHAT ALLOWS YOU TO HEAL?
Healing happens when you are in alignment, have good nutrition, get enough rest and minimize stress. Your spine is the foundation of your posture and protects your nerves. It must be in alignment for your body to heal and function optimally.
Your body must have good nutrition to heal. The building blocks for regenerating every cell in your body come from what you eat and drink. Make sure you are drinking at least ½ your body weight in ounces per day. For example, a 100-pound person needs 50 ounces of water a day or more. Make sure you eat or take in a lot of greens every day as well. These two simple practices will add years to your life.
Sleep 7-8 hours per night and close your eyes and rest 15-30 minutes every day during lunch time. Do this for 90 days straight and watch how much better you feel and function!
Minimizing stress with a positive attitude is crucial to heal and be healthy. Spend time with people you love, do activities you enjoy, and regularly give thanks for all your blessings.
