This last year we have heard many times to wear a mask and to social distance. Then, it was to wear 2 masks… the more the merrier, I guess?

Now, even if you have had the Covid-19 vaccine, you should still stay at home and wear a mask. What’s the point of the shot then?

Meanwhile, this whole time, none of these politicians, reporters or medical administrators have missed a check or have been unable to work.

What has not been talked about is, what you can do to strengthen your immune system and make it virtually impossible to die from Covid.

Instead of using the fear to isolate yourself, potentially creating other psychological issues, why not use it to motivate yourself to get as healthy as possible?

This last year we should have been talking about how to get healthy.

  • Drink ½ your body weight in ounces every day (200lb person, 100 ounces of water)
  • Sleep 8 hours each night
  • Avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners
  • Take 5,000-10,000 IU’s of Vitamin D each day OR Get 30 minutes of unprotected sun exposure each day
  • Take a quality probiotic
  • Take 3x the recommended amount of Vitamin C
  • Take Zinc (This helps prevent the replication of viruses)
  • Take a prebiotic like Wuji Chlorella
  • Exercise
  • Eat fruits and veggies and avoid processed foods
  • Stay home if you are sick

If you do all these things and have an undiagnosed heart condition, could you die? Yes… but you could also be struck by lightning or have a plane crash into your house.

You are not helpless. You have an immune system for a reason. Take care of it and get back to enjoying your life!
