#80 Control What You Can Control
#80 CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL
In times of stress and uncertainty, I have found it a useful practice to decide what you have the power to control and what you don’t.
Then, focus all your energy on controlling what you can. Any energy spent worrying or stressing about what you have no control over is wasted.
In these times with the corona virus, there is a lot of uncertainty and stress. The best action you can take is making sure you and your family are healthy. Get plenty of rest, eat healthy, drink water and healthy juices, take supplements, exercise, and avoid smoking and sugar.
These practices will make your body’s environment very unfriendly for any virus. You can’t control whether you will come into contact or not. But you can take a deep breath and take proactive steps to make your body’s immune system as strong as possible.
