So many times, when I try to improve an area of my life, I try to change 3, 4 or 5 things simultaneously and fail and then get frustrated.

The best way to change is to commit to one thing. Drink 10 glasses of water, walk 20 minutes every day, take 20 Chlorella every day, or read 20 minutes every day.

Be specific with what and how you want to change. Then write it down and do it. Decide on a reward when you complete the task for a certain amount of time, say 30 days.

These simple little details make improvement a little more do able.
