Common sense used to say, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, and there was a lot of truth to that. Apples provide healthy living water and they are especially good for your liver.

However, in today’s high fat world, many people are not eating enough fruit or vegetables. This is not the way to get healthy. No one has ever said “if I could just stop eating all these carrots, I would get healthy and lose weight.”

If you are looking to make a change, give common sense a try. Eat and drink lots of fruits and veggies and clean meat.

It will work, it has for centuries.
