#44 WHAT YOU KNOW IS NOT THAT IMPORTANT
We all know we should drink more water, exercise more, eat more greens, and get plenty of sleep. However, the only thing that matters is what you do. Water only helps if you actually drink it.
This year I have increased my commitment to exercise, read and write more. These practices only help me when I actually do them and do them consistently, so I make sure to always make time for what I know I should be doing.
It’s not what you know, it’s what you do!
